TBC & Javad Antenna Models

I know this isn't a Javad problem, but I'm going to post it here anyway -- largely out of frustration -- to see if there are others who are affected by it and might have a solution.

I use Trimble Business Center for baseline processing, among other things. It's a pricey piece of software, but I've been using it or its predecessor (TGO) for almost 15 years now, and am not wanting to change if I can help it due to my investment in time and money. However, as of right now I'm not able to use the NGS absolute antenna models for the Triumph-LS or Triumph-2, because they don't show up in the TBC dropdown menu.

The TBC help file indicates that any antenna with an ANTEX file can be used, but I haven't been able to figure out how to add an antenna to the menu. There are some vague references to adding antennas, but nothing that I've found to be useful. Monkeying with the antenna.ini file (which contains antenna definitions) hasn't gotten me anywhere.

I have a request in to my dealer -- Trimble appears to be routing all support requests through their dealers as a first line of defense -- but I haven't gotten a response yet. (Did I mention that I kind of hate Trimble? They're the Autodesk of the survey world.)

If anyone has successfully accessed these antenna models in TBC, I'd love to learn how you did it.

Thanks!

Despite a number of configuration and version updates from Trimble, I've been unable to use the NGS absolute antenna models when processing data from my Javad Triumph-LS, so today I decided to dig into the details again. Persistence pays! After picking through a bunch of files on both the NGS site and deep within the guts of my TBC installation, I found the glitch. It consists of a single character in a single file.

In the antenna.ini file -- which is typically found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Trimble\Config\" -- the section for JAV TRIUMPH-LS shows the IGSAntenna value as JAVTRIUMPH_LS, but it should be JAVTRIUMPH_LSA. Once I added the missing "A", saved the file and restarted TBC, I was able to use the NGS absolute model for occupations with the Triumph-LS.
