The ideas pile

1. After you cogo a point it has the option to move up to that point. How about an option to stake that point on the same screen. Right now. Count the clicks it takes to cogo a point then have to navigate to the staked cogo'd point. One button can fix this.
2. A total time the base has been running on the project if a base is being used and the total time rover is being used. Billing reasons.
3. Search for a job by base location. Just like assigning a coordinate system with the "near me" checkbox. Same with finding a job. Brings up the closest jobs in the shortest distance order.
4. Why does the zoom start off into outer space at the beginning of a job? Why am I miles away? I'll import a .dwg and I'm nowhere close. How about a 1-mile or less max zoom default. And why when I zoom in on collecting/cogo screen when I switch to staking. Why have I zoomed out to max or at a different zoom again for different screens?
5. Importing a .kmz/.kml
6. Not that important but the importing a newer Autocad format version. We are still at 2013 or less .dwg/.dxf
7. Color by code is awesome but it would be nice to have whatever Autocad layer colors are on the computer. Have that import into the LS the same.

Related to number 2 - I would like to see a total time the unit has been collecting data at the present location.

Really like numbers 5 and 7.

The time the base has been running is shown when connected to the base via Bluetooth in Base/Rover Setup at the top right.

There is a white box that has "Collect Time" that will show you how long the current observation has lasted. There is also the "GNSS Recording" white box that will show you the same thing but in seconds.

Your ideas are all good, but of these, #4 is my top complaint. The current default zoom level seems to be set to "Western Hemisphere". I think we can narrow it down a bit closer than that. I don't know why the default zoom would be anything but "extents" of the current job. Seeing beyond the points in our job (at least in the default view) seems pointless to me.

Alternatively - what if there was a way to set the zoom lock? For example if you only worked in one city or state, it would never display more than that. Although, you could manually go beyond that using the touchscreen controls.

It seems something simple like a default radius of 1000 feet ( for example ) of your base or triumph location.
Just a birds eye view of where you are for starters.

Yes, it's an obvious improvement but it requires a lot of changes. I will add the ticket to the todo list for the future.

I have added custom fonts for all info panel items:

Is there currently a way to export data collection info for all points collected in a job after they have been through DEPOS at the same time? Right now it is something i review on the LS
