Triumph 3 Cellular Issues

I haven't come across any previous posts that have rectified the issue I'm having, so figured I'd see how a new thread goes.

Recently got my T3 and have had it up and running with various configurations such as UHF and TCP over Wifi, no problem. (What a machine!)
However I'm wholly unable to get the cellular connection to function in any capacity.

Every attempt and combination of settings yields both "net" and "gbandsel" errors in the T3. I have two sim cards that work perfectly in my LS+, with known APN values, etc. No issues connecting there. But when I try either of them in the T3, the errors start cropping up.

I've tried applying the proper configurations using the LS+ with no success. I've also tried all kinds of settings in Net View & Modem, again to no avail.

For reference, my LS+ is on the latest firmware (according to the Release branch of the software updates screen). The T3 I've tried on firmware 4.1.04 and 4.2.01, and T3 cell modem firmware is 02.33.03.00 (as reported by the LS+ as well as indicated by "Revision" in NetView)
I'm using Sim cards which run on the AT&T network, so I chose "Generic" for the cell modem firmware.

A brief summary of some items I've attempted:
  • Updating T3 firmware, as well as the cell modem firmware, along with the multitude of attempts at settings/configuration
    • Had to update the modem firmware through the LS+ as I get "No suitable version of firmware" when attempting to do so in NetView
  • Applying various settings using the LS+
    • Note: I get no information showing up in the "State" and "Error" fields of the Cellular Modem page of the LS+ while performing these configurations of the T3.
    • Also note: When choosing "LTE Only" or "3G Only" while configuring the T3 using the LS+, this changes NetView's "Registration Mode" parameter to 2g!
  • Applying settings using Net View & Modem
    • This is done in the Modem > Parameters section, in "Modem C" tab, and the "Cellular module" tab below that.
    • Settings I've played with include "Modem Mode", "GSM Hotstart Mode", "Registration Mode", and "GPRS PDP Access Point Name"
Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong, or what additional things to try would be quite welcome!

Thanks for the info, Matt! Duly noted.

More of a convenience item for me than anything else, so it's certainly not holding things up productivity-wise.

We can set up a JSupport session and get it working before the firmware update comes out Eric. Email Matt or I and we can set up the session for you. We need the s.n. of the T3, the sim card apn, the T3 needs to be connected to your pc with netview running and teamviewer installed and running.
