What is the procedure to reset the LS (linux) to the factory image? I have rebooted and hit the "home" button and I can see the option to reset to factory settings but the option is greyed out and not selectable. Thanks

This feature is still in development. A SD card loaded with the factory image can be used to do this currently. Why do you feel you need to do this?

There are also options in System>Restore to reset the settings to their defaults. "Backup & Clean Data" from the boot menu can be used when a USB drive is connected to the unit.

I've had a few recurring issues that I cant seem to find the cause for: the primary one being my receiver hangs, the screen freezes and will not respond to input several times a day, also I have lost my current profile settings a few times during these freezes, switched to pre-release to stop the profile loss but it still happens. I was going to try the factory reset to see if it helps.

How do I get my hands on the factory image? I have downloaded the zip file under Products > Recievers > downloads, I read the "RecoveryToolGuide.pdf" that downloads with the tool and it says its for WindowsCE OS only... is there another spot to get the linux image?
