Triumph LS - SIM card issue

I've been using my own SIM card for a couple of years to connect with internet base stations. It appears that after a recent update, the option to turn on "Cellular Data" was removed, as it now appears grayed out. Matt Sibole recommended I post here for help, and connect my LS to RAMS. My password is "needhelp"

Please select "Settings", and verify that the APN is correct.
AT&T should be "broadband"
Verizon is "vzwinternet", or a static server such as "mw01.vzwstatic"

We have checked the unit. We can't see any issues. Please check you data plan on the card is active.

I’ve verified the SIM is active, and confirmed the correct APN for my provider. I’m not sure what it means, but the LS is showing that it is registered on the network. Before installing the latest LS updates, I would only need to turn on cellular data to use this feature.

In the LS options menu, the Verizon cellular data service is not active. I’m not using Verizon, but could it be related?
