Has anyone had any trouble with the sound on their LS? The sound on mine started turning off and on yesterday. I tried the muting and unmuting to no avail. The problem persists this morning.

If you haven't tried it yet, I first would suggest doing a hard power off by holding down the power button for 10 seconds and then turn the LS back on to see if the problem still persists.

The problem still persists. Currently, the unit totally quiet, no matter what you do with the mute button. There were a couple of times yesterday that the sounds it made sounded like breaking glass. I will update later tonight on further developments.

After using the instrument all afternoon. It is totally quiet.

My sound cut out on me completely and the LS was replaced.

It may be the case, in some Triumph-LS units both speakers are broken, so, it is hardware problem. To restore device sound you can use RMA procedure by posting request to our Questions system with RMA subject and mention your Triumph-LS serial number, please:

Sergey, is there presently a way that the sound output can be switched to the headset so users could check if the speakers are broken?

Very good idea, but what I currently see, the headset detection feature is somehow broken in latest software updates, so, currently sound coming always to speakers. I hope we will fix this in nearest software updates.

Yes I could not get the headset to work when I tried it either. I wasn't sure if there might have been a hidden setting somewhere that I couldn't find to enable it.

Thanks for the responses. The sound is still intermittent on my LS. I will have to find my login so that I do the RMA procedure that Sergey suggests.
