Triumph LS won't communicate with Triumph 2

Have been using my units since Dec with no problems.
Went to a job and every time I set up I get to the point of communicating with the Base and I get the message "Unable to communicate with external antenna". I've tried different setups, re-booting, turning the units off and on, nothing worked. any suggestions?
I am just downloading the latest J-Field , 1.10.3.2206 I'll see if that heplps

the actual message is "Unable to connect to external GNSS receiver!"

The bluetooth light on the triumph 2 switches between blue and red every few seconds as the LS tries to connect to it -fails every time.

Is your OAF up to date on your Triumph 2?

the Triumph 2 is purchased so yes, the LS expires at the end of June; so OAF's are both current

You might try clearing the NVRAM of the T2 by holding the record button down while you power it on. Hold it down until the lights start flashing yellow.
