Undead Action Profiles

How do I permanently delete an Action Profile? There are several in the list that I never use and the list is long enough that it makes finding the ones I want more difficult. I can delete them from one project and they are gone in all projects, but rebooting always brings them back.

Maybe I'm the only one with too many Action Profiles.

For most of my work I only use 2 profiles. It seems like they are always on different pages, so switching between them requires more clicks than it should. I wish I could toggle between them with a U button.
