Updated software, now no data, help!

I just updated the software on our LS, including Jfield, Linux and GNSS. Seemed like a good idea at the time.
After the update, there are no jobs in memory.
I had archived the most recent jobs and have now tried to unpack archived projects, but keep getting an error.
I also can't create a new project.
Help!

Check the project filter. Is it red?

No, the filter is green.
When I boot up there is a message "error loading project Please send project archive to our technical support."

Did you update GeoData together with other software?

No, I did not update GeoData. I had locked that a while back because it wanted to update every time new geodata was available someplace else in the world.
Current version is 2.4.7.41106

So.This is the reason. Your have incompatible version of GeoData. Please update GeoData and don't disable update of applications (we are going to remove the possibility in the future).
