Updating OAF on a Triumph-2

Good morning,

I'm looking for direction on updating the OAF on our Triumph-2 devices. Doing a google search gives the option for an instructional PDF download. However the link embedded in the PDF goes to a dead link. I'm sure it's something simple I'm messing up on my end, however I would welcome all advice. Pic below is the google search result for the instructional pdf.

The link works to get the instructional PDF. However, the link in the instructions gives me this error. (I tried using your attachment as well)

My browser is Google Chrome. But I get the same result trying it in Microsoft Edge.
