Upsample Change?

After updating to the latest release, I've noticed that upsampled epoch spacing is more erratic than it used to be when using a nearby CRTN mountpoint. In the past, with a wide-open site and short distance to the base (3 km or so), once the timer hit Phase 2 the epochs would click off steadily at 5 Hz. Now they're much more erratic. Was anything done in this release that might cause this, or am I observing something with an external cause?

Here's a short video of what I saw today:

I don't know... But i assumed that it was continuing to run at the same pace, but because I do cogo, while it's collecting, that it was simply throwing off the timing of the clicks. (other processes).
I'm now curious too...

FYI I Noticed this also on the New York RTN. I hadn't used it in a few years until a week ago to take a few fill in shots and the erratic behavior stood out to me.
Chalked it up to network connection, I was using my phone as a hot spot.
I have not updated to the latest version and still run 2.0.5.815.
