USB Connection and Bluetooth

I am having issues connecting the Triumph-2 to the computer using the USB driver instillation procedure and followed the instructions as listed. I work for a government agency, so we believe it may be an issue with access constants on the computer. Has anyone had a similar issue and has found a way around this? or can the device connect to the computer via Bluetooth?

You can connect via Bluetooth. You'll need to connect in Windows Devices. Then you should see the Triumph-2 listed in NetView and Modem.

I also work for a government agency. It's probably a permissions issue and the possibility of having an administrator install an updated driver correctly is very remote. I use Bluetooth but it's painfully slow to download files. Unfortunately, no other options.

I just connect through the Bluetooth icon in the notification tray. I'm running Windows 10, so I click on the icon and select "Add Bluetooth Device" to pair it (only have to pair it once). Then, if you go into the control panel, under "Bluetooth & other devices", it will show up there and you can connect that way when the T2 is turned on.

Windows Devices, not device center. Use whatever part of Windows you use to connect to peripheral devices, like a printer.
