USB Drivers Javad and Topcon together

Anyone have a solution for using usb for Triumph 1M and Topcon Hipers together? The usb driver for one brand seems to overwrite the driver for the other brand.

Jim,
I just tried both and they seem to work OK on my system.
I am using Win 7, a new set of Triumph-1Ms and a OLD set of Hipers (per GLONASS)
The JAVAD seemed to connect good after installing their drivers. I was still able to access my Hipers using TRU Ver 2.8 I use a quite old cable from my data collector, that goes from my Hiper barrel connector, to the 9 pin DC connector, which I then use a (iOGear I think) 9 pin to USB adapter.

I was able to download a static file from both brands successfully.

It sounds like you are using a serial cable to download the Hipers via TRU. I can do this also.
I am using Windows 10 and trying to download the Hipers using a USB cable and Topcon PCCDU. Depending on which set of USB drivers I install the PC recognizes the receiver associated with the driver as a device and the other brand is not recognized as a device by the PC.

Technically, I guess you are correct, it is a serial cable with a USB adapter. My Hipers are old enough they did not have a USB cable available, and I had to find a USB adapter when my XP computer gave out and I went to Win 7.

How long have you had your Triumph 1M's? Have you had any issues maintaining Bluetooth communications? I have the Victor with the Tracy software for a bluetooth controller. I lose the bluetooth communication frequently and the only way I am able to reestablish the link is to cycle the power on the Triumph receiver. Have not had much time to figure out what is going on.

I've had them only a week, and not deployed on a job yet, just messing around at the office.
I paired them with a brand new Carlson Surveyor 2, with SurvCE 4.x. From my testing here, the BT is working just fine, but I will let you know if I see any issues. This is my first experience with BT on a GPS head.
