Using TopNet, Trouble getting FIX

I got a subscription for TopNet. I have no problem with acquiring access to their site.
I do have a problem with acquiring FIX. It takes a few minutes to acquire Fix, then I lose FIX and it takes several minutes to require FIX again.
I usually only get one Data shot with each FIX.

The raw data is needed for this to be investigated. To record the raw data click the GNSS Recording whitebox then Start Continuous Recording to save data.

I Migrated to the LINUX OS last week.
When I try to use the RTN feature the LS will start to log onto the Network.
Usually it will have no problem with turning on the 4G, LTE, but will take a few minutes to turn on the CELLULAR Connection automatically.
The button for RTN stays Greyed out, Thus I cannot start the RTN.
What am I missing?

Go to setup, edit the general group, tap next until you get to the rtn apn screen, at bottom select the receiving interface you want to use.

After this last "FIX" I have found more problems with the RTN through TopNet.
1. Fix is very slow and sparse. It may be the same problem I was experiencing June?
2. The slightest interruption in Cell Signal sends the LS into a frenzy. It appears to "lock up". I have to back out and start the RTN process over.

Extrapolation mode would probably solve this problem. I don't believe it is functional in the lastest GNSS firmware however. If you want to try it @Eugene Aksyonov could probably install a version of GNSS firmware on your receiver that supports it.

Doesn't sound like an extrapolation issue if it's locking up. Seems like extrapolation issues would show up as alternating fixed to CDF or standalone solutions.

Extrapolation isn't currently being used, upsampling is which is different. Extrapolation mode was available with what use to be the "Use data up N seconds" setting. Extrapolation would solve the problem if corrections aren't coming through regularly.

After Eugene Alsyonov advised me to upload a Pre-Release software things seems to be working better. Until today. Went to one job this morning and all worked fine. Left that job and went to another job I was working on earlier in the week and now the LS will not connect on RTN.

Tried to start the RTN process.
selected the 4G LTE "ON"
Received the FCC ID and the IMEI .
The LS stops at this point, Can not turn Cellular Data "ON'. It has been turning it ON automatically. before.
I am stopped at this point and can not proceed any further.

Make sure the receiving interface is still set correctly.
