Victor-LS

You know, you learn something new everyday... even if it's been staring at you for more than 4 years. I was bored yesterday on a cloudy Sunday afternoon and brought out my trusty Victor-LS with my T2 #764 and proceeded to measure my control point that's in the woods (dense pines and hardwoods) via RTN that I've observed many, many times. As far as settings, I use a confidence level and consistency level of 10, minimum of 10 epochs and time of 300 seconds.

I just now noticed reviewing the screen shots for point 8 upon the unit reaching my minimum epochs of 10 and the confidence/consistency (10) levels, that the final position is very close to the minimums set. After completing the total time (300 seconds) setting, the final horizontal position north was 0.030', east 0.019' and vertical -0.063' from the minimum time of 10 epochs.

The Javad system continues to amaze me. I'm thankful for the Javad teams genius and also for Javad himself.. My dad and Javad are probably talking in Heaven now...
