Well, no T-3 yet. I'm sure that there are reasons.
About what is a realistic time frame? Ship date has moved a couple of times now. The current estimated ship date is July 2.
I've put off certain jobs, in anticipation of this new T-3. I'm in the middle here. I have customers too.
Thanks.

Truth be told......
My old t-2 looks pretty bad. I've not yet got my new top installed. But, if I start early, and work 6:00 am til 12:00 noon, it runs like a champ. Afternoons are dead for deep hard shots.
So, I've sort of got a "work around". It's timing. I would prefer to work anytime, but if I am careful to work til noon and quit, it takes the pressure off.
Now, on to the T-3. If I can be patient, it'll get here. They just moved it up a week. If buying the T-3 will make my system work as good all day, as it does now in the morning, all day long, I'll be happy.
I'm a hard worker in the field. Slave driver. So, it frustrates me to quit at noon.
Maybe it'll be here soon.

I think I found the problem:

-------------
In an email:
Within your order, you´ll find an extremely useful estimated shipment date field that is made available after your payment has been received and your order is in process. Here are the details for your TRIUMPH-3 order.
Estimated Ship Date: Jun 10 2021 in 3 Days
This means you should receive it on June 14th.

It looks like that estimated shop date hasn't been updated. Its likely delayed some.

Nate's T-3 update.
I spoke with Shawn Billings, and with Matt Sibole. (Sibole is doing Gluting's job now).
They found out that my T-3 is finished, but they are out of bluetooth antennas. The T-3 has external bluetooth antennas, that are removable. So, my T-3 is set to arrive next Wednesday. So, I should be up and running with it next week.
Shawn Billings tells me there are 2 bluetooth antennas on the T-3. He's sending me one of his. This means I'll only have 1 bluetooth antenna.
Now, apparently, Shawn is mostly running via cell modem. I'll be running vhf, via 35 watt radio. This means my LS will be communicating via Bluetooth, with the T-3. And, the T-3 will be communicating with the radio via Bluetooth. So, my question is, will BOTH of these com's with the T-3 work properly through a single bluetooth antenna? Or, will one of these com's be running via Bluetooth, without benefit of external antenna? (Very reduced range, or nearly not working?)
Anyway, if it would help, I might try to buy another bluetooth antenna, (external) from someplace. I might even try to get a big external bluetooth antenna, just so I can place the radio a greater dista from the base.
Thank you,

Nate

Nate,

The T3 comes with 2 antenna normally. Both antenna are interchangeable with Bluetooth and WiFi. You will want you antenna on the Bluetooth port. When starting the base the LS will connect to the T3 via Bluetooth and the radio will connect to the T3 via Bluetooth. All through the same antenna. No issues at all. Once the base is started you hit done as normal and it breaks the Bluetooth connection to the LS and maintains the connection to the radio. No loss of range at all.

Nate,
As I explained, the reason two of these antennas are supplied is because they can be used for Bluetooth and WiFi (both operate at the same frequencies 2.4 GHz). The Triumph-3 has only one Bluetooth antenna port and one WiFi antenna port. So if a user wanted to use WiFi and Bluetooth simultaneously (which I think would probably be rare), then the user could attach both antennas to the Triumph-3 and simultaneously use Bluetooth and WiFi. This would be necessary if you were, for example, using a MiFi device to provide a cellular connection from your Triumph-3 to the internet and you wanted to start the Triumph-3 from a Bluetooth connection with the Triumph-LS.

You will be able to connect the LS to your Triumph-3 while the Triumph-3 is connected to your external UHF radio through the one antenna on the Triumph-3. Since you likely won't be using WiFi soon then you likely won't miss the second antenna in the time it takes to get them sent to you. This is why I am able to part with my spare also.

A bit of my story. Javad was OUT of antennas. The little bluetooth kind. Since t-3's come with 2 of them, (one for bluetooth, and the other is for WiFi). So, they have sent my T-3 without antenna. Shawn is sending me one of his. This will let me function, until they become available.
I'd guess that these little antennas would be findable in an aftermarket source. @Charles Owens
I know WiFi devices are using something similar. Maybe you could enquire.
I'd still be waiting, if Shawn hadn't stepped up for me.

Ok, I got the little WiFi / bluetooth antenna from Shawn a few minutes ago. It does appear that I can get these little antennas from eBay. If that's all that's lacking...
But, as Adam says, that's not all that's lacking, sorry.
(Drumming fingers on desk)
Maybe the T-3 will come roaring down the road pretty soon!

Well, my T-3 got a shipping label last Friday.
It was supposed to be delivered Wednesday afternoon.
It finally got picked up by fed ex on Tuesday afternoon. They said Thursday by 8:00 PM.
Well, it's Thursday now. Past 8:00 PM. And it's not here.
I'll be glad if it shows up this week.

Yes, I got that Shawn.
According to fed ex it's stuck in Memphis.
Just guessing, but they got overly excited, and sent it from California, over Arkansas, and on to Memphis. Like in a football game, where the quarterback throws too far!
:)
