Which CORS is the LS using?

When using the LS as a network rover (in my case, the ODOT VRS system), is it possible to tell which CORS the LS is relying on? I understand it creates a virtual base on my site when I start up, but I am interested in knowing which physical base is being used and how far away it is (most important).

Thanks!

Very true, I might import them in or just do more pre-planning. It's just nice to be able to see how far away you are from the CORS being used. I would be very surprised if the location wasn't transmitted in the correction stream, this is available in "other" setups. (Not that I want to go back...)

What have you seen in other software? The distance to the closest station, the name of it or both?

Both, the distance to the closest station (in feet if under a mile and tenths of a mile if over) and the station id (LSBN, OHCO, etc.) Very handy to help troubleshoot fix problems - "Oh, that's why it's taking longer to get a fix, I'm 35 miles from the nearest station!" It's been a while, but pre-Javad, when I was using Survey Pro with Epoch 50 receivers, it provided this info.

SIde caveat: I hate to even bring this comparison up since what makes Javad gear so great is that it is nothing like the "other guys".

I just checked and the PBS (Physical Base Station) message is being transmitted in the stream so this should be available.

Awesome, if this info could be incorporated into the Wifi details screen, that would be great! I know it shows the station id and distance to the VRS created, but that doesn't mean much to me whereas knowing which CORS is being used and the distance to it is much more meaningful.

Thanks for your attention.

In CA, the CRTN provides a kmz file that you can load in Google Earth. It makes is pretty obvious what station is closest since there really aren't that many. I refer to it occasionally to verify new stations have not been added without my knowledge.
