Why is REVERSE SHIFT not working?

I have tried everything I can think of.
Point 31 is shot in from an autonomous base.
Point S15 is a STATE PLANE coord, from another surveyors plat.
AFTER hitting the hardware GEAR button twice, selecting REVERSE SHIFT, and giving it the coordinates, it looks like it has the shift in it. But, go to INVERSE, and they are still not on top of each other.
What am I doing wrong, and what is wrong here?

It seems the first point and the base point don't shift after the shift routine. I believe this is fixed in the next version. Look at the shift icon in the point screen to see if this is causing your issue.

YES. It is not a big file. Right now, it has a localize in it, (My work around, for the failed REVERSE SHIFT) however, I had TRIED to do this all on SPC.
This is how the file is now. I am sending it now.
Gurdon is the file name. LS number is 00094.

I can send it as it was in the field. too.

OK, I have sent it twice now. The second file has both the design coords on SPC layer.

I loaded S1-S15, and went to the field, in this condition. These coords are on IMPORTED onto a layer with SPC. Because they ARE SPC.
I went to the field. Found point S15, and shot it. Then, I tried to REVERSE SHIFT it. At this point, NOTHING changes. Inverse shows this.


Since all this failed, I then DELETED S1-S15, and imported them onto layer 0. (already set to an unknown coord system) I then, was able to localize, and this gave me adequate check of the coords in the field.

Anyway, I came home, DPOSED it, and all is fine.

BUT, Reverse shift is still dead.

It seems that the real-time shift has not been applied to the "31" point. In the current release it could be applied to existing points only when you are getting corrections with the same base coordinates as in the recorded RTK point ("31"). So it could be done only in place.
Could you describe your procedure in the case? I can modify the applying algorithm according to the workflow.

# 31 was made in this way:
I shot 31 from the base, and, then pressed the gear button 2x, taking me to this screen

where I pressed Real-time Position Shift as shown above.
and then I added the 2 points, number 31 (RTK from Auto Base) , and S15, which was (Known Point)
Then, checkboxed "Apply Shift". And, went NO PLACE.
That's how I got here.

I clicked the APPLY SHIFT check box, and got no place. I even shot in another coordinate, and made another shot on the point, number 39.
No go.

I Like/Prefer hitting the gear button 2x, and accessing the REVERSE SHIFT this way, because often I am shooting in the OLD base, from the NEW base, and it is a mile or 2 from the old base point, and my new base is NEAR my place of activity, so I can monitor it. This allows me to shoot 2x and average on the old base, to refine the location for the new base.
this would allow the average point to be used on the shot to the old base.

I believe, that the attached Action screenshot you did just to show the workflow. Because it shows that there are no incoming corrections and the Real-time shift will not be applied to the existing points as it doesn't know the base coordinate.
To be honest I can't reproduce your issue if collect a point with RTK position and then (without stopping the corrections stream) select the point and the known point and Apply shift.

WHY can it not perform a real time shift, WITHOUT incoming corrections? I should have full control, in the office, after any kind of action of this sort. I should be able to select, and use whatever I want, to hold.
Another work around, that I can think of is to MAKE a new base point, via the direction and distance, and elev change, taken at the point where they are supposed to super impose the values, and then use the PLANE thing, shown while viewing the BASE point. But, all this is just flying around some basic problem, but not landing on it!

Nate, for now in the office you can try M-Local.
1) Select the point "31" in the Points list.

2) Go to the point info screen:

3) Push "Auto" (it will switch to "ABS"):

4) Push the bottom button with green planes under 0-Local. It will ask to select a known point. Select the design point "S15":

5) Apply and check in the CoGo Inverse task:

Yes, that works, however, now we are back to the old nemesis, where we cannot select RTK/PPK, for source of coordinate value.
