WIFI RTN button greyed out

After updating software and Linux on 5/30 I am unable to connect to the State RTN using a MIFI. When selecting the MIFI through the network button Interet Access is indicated, but all other RTN status buttons on the right column are blank. The RTN button at the bottom of the screen is greyed out. Looking for a setting fix.

You need to create or recall a general group profile setup for an RTN. Click on Setup on the Home Screen. The top row of boxes is for recalling, editing and creating a general group profile.

You need to go to home/setup edit at the top left and enter through until you choose your RTN at the bottom of that screen you will see “auto” change it to wireless LAN. It will populate then.

Matt, changing to wireless LAN got ungreyed the WIFI RTN button. It seems the state RTN may be down. I was unable to log on to their website at this time. I will check to see if they are up and running tomorrow.

NC RTN has been emailing us about issues...

I'm in Massachusetts. They site is still down. Typically they email us if they are doing an update.

MaCors network was restored with a new IP address this afternoon. Changing RTN IP on the Rover and Receiving Interface setting to Wireless Lan solves the issue.
