I was having persistent trouble connecting my Triumph-LS to my Win7 Pro desktop -- it seemed that WMDC would launch on connection sometimes, but not other times. I finally figured out that when my Allegro CX was connected via its USB cradle, WMDC wouldn't see the LS. Remove the Allegro and -- presto! -- the LS would connect.

I don't know if this is a feature or a bug, nor of which system its a feature/bug, but the workaround (for me, anyway) is not to have two mobile devices connected at the same time.

Jim - Thanks for sharing. Maybe coincidence, Kevin Holler had just asked me (via email) about this and I replied seconds ago trying to understand when this issue first presented for him. His issue is similar to yours, from what he described.
