Javad triumph 1-m,rovers present in open field,but satellites are 0

Yes we have updated oaf and the expiry is March 4, suddenly satellites are going to 0 and standstill,again after switching off the receiver and turning on back we are getting satellites,again after collecting a point and moving just from that point,same issue repeats.

If you knock on the side of the receiver does it track satellites again? Does it seem like the movement from one point to another could be causing the loss of satellites? When tracking satellites what are the SNR values?

Signals are full sir...nearly 35-40 satellites are showing,then we established our Base, after 5 minutes satellites changed to 0 ,then we observed and switched off the receiver and switched on the receiver,then again it is tracking satellites,
Again in Rover part ,just by tilting rover or just by moving from point to another point in open field also satellites are turning to 0.This issue is nearly with 4 rovers with us sir, Remaining are working fine.
Please resolve this issue sir.

25711,25694- in the Below image you can see receiver and tab are connected, satellites are 0, satellites indicator light is not glowing in the receiver.at the same place again when we are switching off and switching on the receiver,30-40 satellites are coming.

Please contact Janak Positioning where they were purchased. I think they need to go back to the factory for investigation.

Yes sir,after knocking satellites coming and same vice-versa.,how to resolve sir.

You need to contact your dealer (Janak) about this issue. It needs to be sent in for repairs.
