Base Data Misreported

Notice in this recent screen shot that during an attempt to submit a listed file, one which had previously been sent to DPOS and adjusted without issue in February is reported as having not been downloaded.

Yet, looking through the directory tree on the LS, the file is shown as being present:

Is there something wrong with DPOS-JField or have I something wrong with my understanding?

Wait - hold the phone. It is my bad. The terse message apparently means that the file hadn't been uploaded to Server US-0.

Kelly, after importing of the project I have no such an error with "Base data not downloaded". I have successfully sent it to DPOS.
