Base downloading

The last several times I have attempted to download the base file from the T2 to LS nothing happens. In each case I have had to connect to the T2, select the base file from the and download.

Thoughts?

Unable to download when stopping base? You werent already connected to the T2?

Yes. Typically I will complete point collection, reestablish a Bluetooth connection to the base and then stopping the T2. J-Field gives us the option to stop or stop and download the base file. I tap download and nothing happens other than the base stopping. At this point I am connected via Bluetooth and can access the T2 base files through the setup page. I will either manually download or download in the office later.

I'm not sure Jim. Try clearing the NVRAM and rebooting the LS.

I have another customer who has experienced the same problem. Each time, he must use Manage Base Files to download the file. Stop and Download does nothing. I don't know why this occurs.

I've tried all possible corrections from user end (clear NVRAM, new firmware, etc.)
