Hello Hooseob,

Thank you for the provided information! Could you please specify:
1) What operator do you use in South Corea?
2) Is your SIM card operable in 4G network?
3) Could you please send us receiver parameters when you see the problem exists. To do this please connect NetView&Modem software to receiver and select Reports->Parameters.

With Regards,
Vahe

Hello Hooseob,

Thank you for the provided information! One question about point 3): did you create receiver parameters file when the problem of registration was available?
The point is that in the file I see an error related to the SIM card. It seems the SIM was not inserted when the parameters are gathered. Can you please select the Reports->Parameters when you see the problem of registration as in the screen shot you sent above?

With Regards,
Vahe

Hello Hooseob,

Thank you for the file! As your cellular module does not support 4G networks, can you please confirm with your cellular operator that 3G service is available for your location and your SIM card?

Thanks!

Can you please review the combination of Cellular module / Antenna is applicable for getting GPRS service ?

Hello,
We would like to propose organizing a remote session to observe the problem. Please connect Dela to computer and use TeamViewer for remote session.

  1. Download JSupport program from the following link: http://www.javadgnss.com/outgoing/JSupport/JSupport.exe;
  2. Run the program;
  3. Then simply email us the ID-number that program generates for your PC. (If the program does not generate ID or does not run, please remove/uninstall team viewer software from your PC if available);
  4. After we receive this ID we'll remotely connect to your Desktop and you can see any our actions;
  5. Close the program window when we finish.
best regards,
