Issue with DPOS Base Processing + Base Shift

I've got a base file that's about 5.5 hours and about 22 MB. I've successfully processed it with DPOS using Base-Processing only but when I send it with Base-Processing + Base Shift I get an error "Adjustment Error". Any ideas on why this is happening?

Wes, Please send the project to support (Project screen -> Send Project to Support).
Also try to resend to DPOS the project again.

Guys thanks for your quick responses. This time when I tried it went through. For what it's worth, I tried sending 2 times over about a 2 hour span with no luck. Perhaps I need to be more patient....
