We found only one coordinate system. Review screen and points list are working fine.

There are too many control points. So localization auto-matching does not work due to size of data set. Please select few known and surveyed points pairs in localization. It will link your old system to South Carolina SPCS. We hope to improve auto-matching engine to work with thousands points.

I did some localization. Unfortunately I don't know where good controls are. So you can add more points. See attached project.
