Rental -LS

I am preparing to send our LS back to have some work done, and I am Currently Trying to get the Rental All set up and going but I cannot seem to get my base data Via WIFI/ MIFI
the RTN status is continuously saying Socket failed, I went through all the settings and as far as I can see everything is correct. (obviously they are not)
any help would be fantastic

Your jetpack isnt populating a default gateway. Can you reboot the jetpack and reconnect?

Everything works fine with LAN.

I don't see your jetpack. Can you verify that it is able to connect to another device and browse the internet?

i just hooked my phone up turned airplane mode on and hooked it up, it seems to be working

so the jet pack is what we use in the field, that or a hot spot off my cell phone. But if you need to check the settings our network at the office is my spectrum WiFi 70-2 ( both the jetpack and office wifi have passwords entered and should connect once you click on it) , once the settings were correct we've never had any problems swithing between the devices. I will leave the LS plugged in and hooked to rams tonight if needed.
