Server Waiting Error

Gentlemen,

I surveyed 2 small sites on Wed and now trying to process data. Getting "server waiting error". How do I resolve this problem?

I tried deleting one of the files from the LS through the DPOS page and then downloaded it again by connecting to the T2 and it's not in the list. I'm thinking these files are recoverable...

Is the filter icon red when you are looking at the base files? It should be there unless you deleted it from the base manage files screen. Deleting the session doesn't delete the base file from the base. Also, you can try the debug server.

Thanks Adam. The filter icon is not red.

My thinking was that there was something wrong with the file transfer. From the DPOS page I noted the base file name. There is a (-) in the first column of the list and there is a short message at the top of the page in red "server waiting error". I have this error and the dash in the first column of the base list for several of the projects. Most importantly I have 2 short projects due this week and both are associated with Wed's work and both are giving me the server error.

From the same page I highlighted the base file name and deleted. Then went back and connected to the base found the correct file and downloaded.

Two problems:
1. I still have the error message. I changed SSID and tried selecting the debug server. This made no difference. Normally I have a DPOS button I can tap to upload - not with a dash in the first column of the file name list.
2. After downloading the base file it does not show up. I also tried downloading both files, hoping one of them may work. Nope.

Any ideas on how to proceed? I really need to have one of these projects ready for a client on Monday and would like to work on the project later this eve.
