This is about a 7 years old Triumph-2 receiver.
We received the complaint from the end user in January first time. They charged the battery at night, but in the morning they could not turn T2 on. We updated the firmware to 4.2.01, and exchanged the cells in the battery to new cells. After this the receiver worked well, the owner used it several times between 6th of february and 20th of March. One week ago the above described issue started again. I received the T2 one week ago, I could turn it on, charged its battery whole night, but in the morning the battery LED was flashing orange. I connected to the receiver with JMT, which displayed 98% battery level. Briefly, today and during the last 7 days T2 in my office is working well, but 2 weeks ago the end user was unable to turn it on. Do you have any idea what could be causing the problem, and how to solve it?
