One of them is 50-700Mhz and would be suitable for UHF/VHF radio setups. The other is DC-3Ghz for GNSS antennas.
These protect equipment against lightning surges and other transients/over-voltage conditions, while allowing signals of the specified frequency (and the DC power to GNSS antennas) to pass through with relatively low loss (both of the ones on the website are <0.1 dB loss).
Good bits of kit for permanent antenna installations where lightning is a concern.
