T3 Verizon Cellular issues

We have Three Triumph 3s and three LS, one of which is a plus. I recently added a couple of new sim cards from Verizon to connect each one to a base. (prior to this I would run all three LS off one base without a problem.). The new cards are non-static and I use them in the LS's. I moved our static cards (4) into the 3 triumph 3's and one into our plus. For some reason after re-pairing them all up, none of the Triumph 3's can connect to the internet. I get a red light under "cell" after power up, and after connecting via BT into the unit, and setting TCP output server and checking the parameters - ie, so01.vzwstatic for the base and 0000 for the PIN, the cellular modem screen populates but does not show a state, error or IP address. To troubleshoot, I took each of the cards from the 3's and placed them into SIM2 on their respective LS and they connect without a problem. Even the original triumph LS Plus and Triumph 3 won't connect anymore. They worked without a problem yesterday.

There seem to be some parameters missing from the Triumph 3 cellular setup that are on the LS such as authentication: CHAP and PDP.

I'm a little puzzled now that all three Triumph 3s will no longer connect over LTE. Any ideas on how to reset them?

I only see 1 Triumph 3 in your name. It was the one purchased last year. Were you using it with a verizon card with a different apn before trying the DAC card?

If so, support will need to have a teamviewer session with the t3 connected to the pc.

Rob, I will send you an email.

Our original unit is 243, and then we bought 424 and 425. They have all degraded to the same state I had when we first tried to set up 243. I'm getting the gbandsel error when observing the state in Net View. We have six verizon cards now, two new ones that we put in the LS that are not fixed IP addresses.
