"I have a customer I've been trying to help on RAMS and can't figure out what's wrong. They received new TLS+ and T3 in August but just now getting time to try and set it up. So I set up a UHF profile but can't get LS+ to recognize signal. Tried both internal and external antenna on LS+. Can you have someone contact him to get on RAMS or remote support to take a look at it. We updated oaf on both units, updated firmware and software on both. Reset NVRam and turned on and off several times. Looks like T3 is trying to send but TLS+ is not receiving." Duane Frymire's explanation of our issue. Please send instructions on remote support. Thanks, Mike Magoon

Sure, set LS+ unit to RAMS and turn T3 unit on. Power them both and leave this setup for the night. We will check and explain what was the issue.

I would guess that your rover is too close to the base and it is overpowering your internal radio on your rover.

Start your base and walk away maybe 30’ or 40’ and see if it picks up the signal.

Just one more thing to check, but do you have the bluetooth and uhf antennas connected correctly on the T-3?
When we first got our unit after coming from the 1M I couldn't get it connected until I was told these antennas weren't optional.
