Just got LS back from being update to a LS plus. Screen froze about 10 times yesterday and is doing it again today.
Anyway to fix this without sending it back?
It will work with my phone but will not with either of my jetpacks.
The picture that has dynamic is when using my phone. The one with the jetpack says static. What's wrong?

HE IS GREAT ! He always helps me when I call. Sometimes his is not available and I am need assistance right then. So I need someone else to call. I may have client stand there waiting on me. I need help at that moment...
Who came up with bright idea that you can only use the person you bought your LS from for support?
