Says it connects but continues to flash disconnected and connected every second the JERCI screen never displays my LS screen just the "photo template" of an LS with the display screen portion just a red X. Will try to manually connect when the unit is available.

Have a LS+ on prerelease and T1M+ UHF as a base. Won't connect to JERCI, does prerelease not work with it? Had to use prerelease to connect to the new T1M+.

Will the T1M+ antenna increase the range of the 1 watt radio if it is used on an older T1M?

Ditto, new T1M+, had to migrate to pre-release on the LS+ to get it to work. Problems with Video Guide and the engine settings could never get it to work as it is Supposed To. Finally migrated back to Release on the LS+ and using the old T1m as a uhf base, works as before. ?? Please give...

Do we have to manually select the settings as the various satellites change in view from time to time or day to day? Seems like autosetup should select the best sats to use and the correct numbers for each engine.

Upgraded to T1M+ and had to used Pre-release 4.0.1.649 to get it to work with the LS+. However I do notice that the map screen navigation and selection of points/lines is slower and jerky, making it more difficult to use.

Adam, Do the current T1M antennas do the same or would the T1M+ have some improved range?

Matt, Will upgrading from a T1M 4 constellation to the T1M+ provide any significant improvement in canopy? Also a recent post hinted that the T1M+ has a 2 watt UHF radio? Does the T1m+ trade in promo need to be 4 constellations or does GPS + GLONASS qualify, such as a T1?

Received T1M back after nearly 5 weeks at San Jose for testing. Was told nothing was wrong. Now when first turned on it initially has a error message that the OAF is expired? I can then continue to set it up as a base, connect to LS+ and it seems to run ok. On Netview it says all 4...

Ken, good to know someone else has this issue, another area surveyor also has a LS upgraded to a + and a new T3, he mentioned occasional dropping as well.

External antenna on the LS (after upgrade to a +, its necessary!) and have used a different antenna stick from a T1 on the T1M with no change. Also the T1M is set up on a tripod and mast that elevates it to 13'.

T1M Using only UHF it is very slow. Prior to this upgrade it only took 30 sec max. to connect to the base.
