AUTO Re-Start & RTPK

I have had auto restart not work on multiple occasions when the shot was stored by RTPK verification settings being met. This week I have actually seen it delay by 2-5 seconds and then restart but sometimes it wont ever start unless I select the start button. I cant recall auto restart ever not working properly when the RTK criteria was met. Anyone else ever have the LS not restart collecting data even when the settings tell it to?

Off topic but I have both the LS+ and the LS both updated to the latest pre-releases. RTPK version 1.80.1.152 on the standard LS has been nothing short of incredible. Yesterday I was getting RTPK (verification level set to 3 & extreme set to 2 minutes) way faster than I was RTK. It never lied. Every RTPK fix was telling the truth and I never had a no solution for this vector even while in heavy canopy. Each 2 minute session agreed with the previous. My LS+ was out on a demo this week so I cant wait to get it back to do a comparison.

To all the Javad team, I sincerely thank you for making such a fine product and I'm grateful to you. I'm also grateful for Adam Plumley driving down from North Carolina 6 hours or more to visit a south Georgia surveyor several years back who at the time was both curious and scared to make an investment into a product he'd never seen. The demo sold me that day and I eventually purchased several months later. I tell all my colleagues that I think Id quit surveying if you took my javad system away!

Could you send a project to support? I need your settings (which should be attached to the project archive) and we will try to reproduce the issue.

Michael,

I just sent the project...I think it occurred at point 4018.2 & 4018.3. I cant remember exactly. If I hit send log to support does it send it to you automatically? I get a copy crash log to USB Dongle. Is that normal?

Michael..I dont read very well I guess. I just saw your post above and you told me the answer to my question before I even asked. Even though you get the log file automatically is the copy crash log to USB dongle displayed under the support window going to stay there?

Any crash or other logs we store on the internal memory until it can be sent by internet to our server. While the log is on your internal memory the yellow button will be displayed on the support screen. After sending it disappears.
