Base Data File Corrupt?

Our field crew collected data with the Javad Triumph-LS and Triumph-1 equipment. When I try to DPOS the data no base file is found. I re-downloaded the base file from the base and still nothing. I can see the RTK points that were collected. Anyone experience this before? Is the file corrupt? In the same job I started a "test" base today and everything seems to be working fine.

You might need to attach the GNSS file to the base point using the menu button (three green bars) in the Points screen.

Either
Internal Memory>VS Data>Maps>[project name]>Raw Data

or

micro SD>VS Data>Maps>[project name]>Raw Data

It depends on your settings which one.

No files are in the RAW data folder. I looked at other projects folders and none of them have a raw data file in them as well. I guess next question is where is it saving the raw data when downloaded from the base. Where is the setting to that? Thank you Shawn for your help!

You should have project folders on the SD card too, I believe.

The setting is in the Action profile for the What to Record, Raw Data.
I found the base data file on the SD card. I try to attach it as a GNSS file, asks me to replace existing file. I click yes, it takes a second, then goes back to the points window and its not there. I am confidant its the base file because its 30 MB. Am I missing something?

The base file is now in there. After reloading it several times it finally showed up! Now I click on DPOS it wont let me process. When I look at the info for the point it is a Base point.
