We are having issues with frequent base/rover disconnects. The T3 base is on a fixed pole connected to a Jetpack & is located 650' from a Verizon tower. The LS+ rover has a Verizon sim card and is located a short distance (<10 miles) across town.
We don't know if it is the base or rover disconnecting from Verizon. I suspect it is the rover disconnecting. We don't get base disconnect warnings and the point collection continues as an autonomous position since it has no RTN base data stream.
Any thoughts on what is causing this? Could it be a loose sim card in the rover? Loose antenna?
I thought it could be connected to the "Base Displacement Guard" pop-up screens I posted about earlier. I think I have resolved that issue but the base/rover disconnect problem persists.
