Bluetooth "error Connection failed Host is down"

Just came back to download base. Base/rover Setup hit connect try to connect by bluetooth. Get the message "Error Connection failed Host is down". Hit bluetooth button on Ls+ and same result. First for this. Any Ideas . I need to download Base.

Put the LS right against the T3 and try again. If that doesn’t work reboot the LS and try it again. If that still does not work hit the Bluetooth button on the T3 to turn off Bluetooth and then hit it again to turn it back on. Try to connect again.
