Cloud based file transfer suddenly stopped working

I had my LS set up to transfer to a share on my PC as welll as saving files to dropbox. Both options are now not working.

Most recently I can't transfer to dropbox. I have revoked and added the account multiple times. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to set up both of these methods - mount a share and transfer to dropbox?

I am back to transferring to a usb stick and then transferring to my pc.

Any thoughts on how to get these options working again?

Is the Dropbox location even showing up when you go to import or export data? I don’t have my LS in front of me so I may butcher this…when I go to export/import and it’s not showing up I go to the resource/additional tab (3green bars top right) and I will have the option to mount cloud drive. Are you even seeing that as an option? Only other times I had it not show up was no wifi connection at the time and when I upgraded from a standard LS it dropped my connection and I had to go establish the handshake again.
