Copy complete project to new project and rename.

I want to start a new project as a continuation of one I completed but give it a new project designation.
Would like all the points, coordinate system and localization for the old project in the new one.
Is there a way to do this all at once?

You can actually do this by creating an archive of that project and then unpacking it. When you unpack it you will be presented with an option to rename it. The options to archive a project are found in the Files screen.
