Easting Error in Stakeout with JMT

May be I explained the idea wrong, could you export the coordinates in WGS84/NAD83 - there are Latitude/Longitude fields in export. And then compare the result with OPUS coordinates

When I export the survey points and choose Original WGS84 Easting i get 94°27’24.15027”. If I choose WGS84 Easting I get 94°27’ 24.19254. Choose easting=2801014.258 vs 2801014.207 published, good. If enter an easting of 2801014.207 as a design point stakeout tells me to go 0.5’ east. The east coordinate on the stakeout screen is 2801013.706.
The published value is NAD 83(1997) POSITION- 38 59 00.07152(N) 094 27 24.15088(W) ADJUSTED

JE1878.and adjusted by the National Geodetic Survey in February 2000.
