Dear Nathaniel,

In order to investigate the issue we would like to ask for remote session. Please follow the steps below:
1. Connect the Triumph-LS to Internet.
2. Go to Support->Remote Assistance.
3. Set Password and press Connect.
4. Write in this thread the password and S/N of Triumph-LS.

Notes:
1. Please make sure, that the distance among Тriumph-1M, HPT435BT and Triumph-LS is accordingly 2-3 meters.
2. Connect external power to Тriumph-1M, HPT435BT and Triumph-LS.

Andrew: Thank you for helping me. I have the hardware powered up. I entered "Incompatible00422". I have a green " Internet connection established!" and it is telling me that I have 4 updates available, but I am getting these messages. JAVAD3.JPGJAVAD4.JPGJAVAD4.JPGJAAVD5.JPGJAVAD7.JPG

Thank You very much for Your help and the time which You have spent.

We have investigated this issue and can give You quick recommendation
how to deal with such messages if these will appear in future.

The reason is in absence of connection between BASE(Тriumph-1M) and external radio.
The first error message on the screen informs about this directly and only this message should be taken into account.
The second error message is of course misleading. We will either correct the content of this message or
remove it at all.

Sure You can shut down RAMS connection and return to Your work.
