Internal memory on the LS

One of our LS's is not showing me the internal memory on the screen when I go to access or browse files. Without a USB stick inserted all I see on the file menu screen is "storage card", when a USB stick is inserted then I also see that drive accessible, but no internal memory.

I hooked it up today to the computer via the micro USB connector and I can access and browse through the files on the computer.

Any idea what may be causing this drive not to show up when trying to access it within the LS itself?

Go to home screen 2, system, customize (i think), enable browsing of internal memory by highlighting.

That did it Adam...thanks. Question is, HOW did that button get checked off on that particular unit. I'm sure we/I didn't do it - I didn't even know it was there.

Darren, may I ask what do you do with files in Internal memory? This (accessing files in non-removeable storage) should be used mainly for emergency purposes, that's why it is hidden by default.
It's always been on in all three of our units until I noticed this one off. I've never toggled that button on/off but I always see both internal memory and the SD card when I go to "browse files".
The only reason I was looking is for the downloaded base file in a second rover from one base. Those typically go into the SD card but can be selected to be stored on the internal memory I believe.
Based off what you're saying, I would be best served to make sure the base files, etc. are set to store only on the SD card and turn that toggle back off.

If you just want to copy a single raw data file to another location you can use Files > Collected With Points > GNSS Raw > highlight the desired file > Send To (from the context menu) > open the desired directory > Paste File (from the context menu)
