I see under accessories the J-Pod legs are for sale at $125 each, but I don't see the bracket where you would attach it to the pole. Can you also purchase the bracket separate, or are the legs just a replacement part?

I requested the legs be available as replacements but Mike makes a good point. A lot of users that already have the monopod would like to add the pieces separatly. @Michael Glutting Do you think we could add the block?

Hasn't the monopole changed substantially from the early models? Last I looked they'd gotten rid of the fat blunt point in favor of a more conventional replacement point. Were there other changes as well?

I'm interested in just the J-POD too for a job we've got coming up that's going to require some substantial hiking. Would rather hike with the LS/monpod/j-pod in a pack and not have to lug the SECO bi-pod with it. Don't need another monopod though...
