J-Tip issues

Just got an LS back from upgrade to LS+ and cannot get the J-Tip to work. Finally got it paired but when attempting connecting it comes up with a message "ERROR Can't Connect".

What needs to be done?

Just got an LS back from upgrade to LS+ and cannot get the J-Tip to work. Finally got it paired but when attempting connecting it comes up with a message "ERROR Can't Connect".

What needs to be done?

I have found it in the J-Tip manual:
If J-Tip is not connected and you want to un-pair it, click the On/ Off button of the J-Tip 3 times to unpair it, in addition to clicking the un-pair button of the J-Tip screen. When un-paired, the Bluetooth LED of J-Tip blinks red.
