Where do I find the virtual Roadshow?

Maybe there is a way for defining a software receiver behind this virtual roadshow. Probably all of us could have a virtual LS receiver on our tablet..
These are real receivers that you are connecting to with the Virtual Roadshow.

Ok, I know these are real receivers, but they are in a fixed (stable) position. In my opinion, the magic thing would be to get the accurate position at the user(customer) location.
As you know, the technology evolved in such manner that it is possible to simulate LS interface on any Android device + digital antenna by running a software receiver on a back-end server.
