I submitted this to support@javad.com but my last few attempts to use that alias have not resulted in very fast service. Hopefully they get back to me quickly this time but I'm going to hedge my bets and ask for help from other end users as well.
I'm having a few issues that I just can't seem to find a solution to with JMT 4.8.3. For what it's worth, this is really my first experience with using JMT so don't assume I haven't missed anything that should already be setup.
I've been using Javad equipment for a decade but only for static collections to fill gaps in areas where RTN lacked control. I'm familiar with the company and it's hardware but JMT is a new creature to me so all of these could 100% be user error. Thanks a lot for any feedback and I'll post any response from JAVAD here as well.

- After collecting an observation with a T-3NR, when JMT opens I receive a prompt: "Binary file AB_CSRS.DAC is required for the transformation. Do you want to download it." Selecting yes always results in a "GeoData update error!", the next time I start JMT the process will repeat. Do you have any suggestions for how to complete the required update?
- I've also collected a static survey that I would like to push through DPOS but I don't seem to be able to.
- After accessing the DPOS process screen, with the file I'd like to submit, the Network shows as anonymous for less than half a second then goes blank. There is no way to select or enter a network to continue. Any idea why and how to fix it?
- The only authenticate option if anonymous, how can I set the authenticate to use my account?
