LS + Lockup

Sometime I need help with our LS+. Upon every time visiting DPOS screen the unit locks up and displays startup screen. Need to hard boot to unlock. LS+ SN789. A crash report was created and is attached.

I don't know if this will fix your issue but I do this every 6 months. Connect LS to ethernet cord for internet access. Back up all jobs. Restart the LS. When you see, while booting, the house icon (home) on the screen hit the "hardware" home button, not the screen icon. Options, Reset to factory Image, Software Recovery, and load.
