MISSING CORNERS

In October, 2016, my business partner and I conducted an RTK boundary survey on a 40 acre parcel that lies on the north side of a small mountain. On day one, we set up the base in the center of the parcel and established a base coordinate using DPOS. The next morning we proceeded to observe all 4 quarter corners and the northeast corner. We then used those points to subdivide the section. We staked the 4 corners of the parcel and set 5 line points. At the end of day we did not download the data to the LS. We cannot find the data for the west,south and east quarter corners nor the northeast section corner. Other data is also missing.

What can we do to retrieve that data short of waiting for Spring to re-observe?

You should check to make sure there aren’t any filters enabled in the Points screen causing those points to be hidden. If still cannot find them then share the project archive with us so we can take a look.

Looks like Island Mountain in the Spring after mud season. There's no archived data and what I've found in the files is for the primary control point. This project is a retracement of open-ended topcon GTS4b & HP48 surveys, the object being to close the open traverses. The LS did its thing well enough; the operators screwed it up.
I'll be doing another project soon and will surely have more questions.Thanks for the response, no need for any replies.

A "Project Archive" can be created now from Files > Data Exchange > Export and then choosing Project Archive File (ZIP) or from Collect > Project > Archive Current Project. If the points that you describe were collected or staked and accepted there will be a record of them unless they were later deleted.

If the points or project was deleted there still may be a record of the points and their coordinates on the Private Map in the Javad Customer Area at https://app.javad.com/jca/#/dpos/pmap if they were processed by DPOS and you have registered your LS in the customer area.
