I have put my LS on RAMS 00217. I was never able to get the SIMS working but have been tethering my cell phone for months, now I cannot connect by tethering. Could Support look and see if they could fix it.

Hi Dale,
What do you mean "cannot connect by tethering"? I see that you device is connected to some access point and getting corrections by NTRIP protocol.

I was never able to get the SIMS working

We have corrected your APN address for T-Mobile. But the cellular network signal is very low in the place where the device is sitting.
Please move it to where it should work. If it will never register to the cellular network - it means your device needs RMA.
